Navi Mumbai: The Turbhe Traffic Division of the Navi Mumbai Police has announced a month-long traffic diversion on the Mumbai-bound lane of the Uran Phata Bridge on the Sion-Panvel Highway to facilitate cement concreting work.
According to the official notification, the roadwork will take place from February 22, 2025, to March 22, 2025. To ensure a smooth flow of traffic, commuters are advised to use the following alternative routes:
- Pune to Mumbai: Take the Panvel Exit via Atal Setu towards Mumbai.
- Kalamboli to Mumbai: Take a left turn under the CBD Bridge and proceed via Killa Junction and Palm Beach Road.
- Pune to Thane: Use the Kalamboli Circle and Kon Phata route towards Thane.
The Navi Mumbai Traffic Police has urged motorists to follow the advisory and cooperate to minimize congestion during this period.
