According to the official notification, the procession will take place from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and is expected to witness a massive turnout of 2,500 to 3,000 participants. The event will feature 150 to 200 motorcycles, drumming groups, senior citizens, 7 horses, 7 tableaux on trailers, and 2 tractors.

Traffic Restrictions and Alternative Routes

To ensure smooth movement and public safety, traffic from Kopar Khairane to Vashi Railway Station will be diverted from Blue Diamond Chowk to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk during the event.

Commuters are advised to use an alternative route via Kopri Signal and Palm Beach Road to reach their destinations.

The traffic restrictions will not apply to emergency vehicles, including police patrols, fire brigades, and ambulances.

Speaking on the traffic arrangements, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Rashmi Nandedkar stated that the temporary road closure is necessary for public safety and to facilitate the smooth flow of the grand procession.
