Pregnancy is not Fun, said Radhika

According to Radhika Apte, her pregnancy was difficult. “Pregnancy is not fun,” she stated.

Pregnancy goes better for some people. Some find it easier than others. Pregnancy is extremely challenging, and the body undergoes significant changes all the time. So, it’s been a hard journey. I don’t want to lie about this. Preparing yourself both physically and mentally is important, particularly if you have an active lifestyle.

She explained that she never intended to become a parent. So, she never looked into what pregnancy means or what happens during pregnancy. There’s so much sacredness attached to pregnancy that nobody tells you the reality because pregnancy is very hard.

Radhika’s last film appearance was in Sister Midnight, directed by Karan Kandhari. She is expected to star in Last Days, an upcoming American biographical drama film directed by Justin Lin and written by Ben Ripley.
