IRCTC West Zone Announces Ashta Jyotirlinga Shravan Special Yatra on Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC), West Zone, Mumbai has announced the launch of the Ashta Jyotirlinga Shravan Special Yatra on the Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train.

This special pilgrimage tour will commence from Solapur on 19th July 2025 and from Madgaon on 5th August 2025, offering devotees a spiritually enriching and hassle-free journey to the sacred Ashta Jyotirlingas.

The IRCTC, a ‘Navratna’ listed company under Ministry of Railways, Government of India, offers a wide range of services, including Online Railway Ticket Booking, Catering, Tourism, Rail Neer and Hospitality services.

As part of its Bharat Gaurav Tour Packages, IRCTC ensures a seamless and memorable travel experience during the auspicious month of Shravan. The all-inclusive tour package combines affordability, comfort, and convenience, catering to families, groups, and solo travellers alike.

The tour package is attractively priced at:

  • Approx. Rs 22,760 per person (Ex-Solapur, departure on 19.07.2025)
  • Approx. Rs 23,880 per person (Ex-Madgaon, departure on 05.08.2025)

Bharat Gaurav trains have a mixed composition of Sleeper (Non-AC), AC III tier and AC II tier coaches. The exterior of these trains showcases popular Indian monuments, sculptures, landmarks, and dance forms etc having a total capacity of around 600-700 seats and are fitted with infotainment systematic and CCTV cameras and a well-equipped pantry car for preparing fresh meals onboard.
