The computerized lottery draw for CIDCO’s “My Preferred CIDCO Home” housing scheme will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Raigad Estate, Phase I, Plot No. 1, Sector-28, Taloja Panchanand, Panvel, Raigad-410208. The live webcast of the draw will be streamed on CIDCO’s website.
CIDCO launched the “My Preferred CIDCO Home” housing scheme on October 12, 2024, and under the scheme, 26,000 tenements were made available for the EWS under the PMAY & LIG categories, in Vashi, Bamandongri, Kharkopar, Kharghar, Kharghar East (Taloja), Mansarovar, Khandeshwar, Panvel, and Kalamboli nodes of Navi Mumbai. One of the key highlights of the scheme was that the applicants had the freedom to choose the tenement of their choice. Applicants could select 15 preferences of the tenements. The scheme received an overwhelming response from applicants.
The computerized lottery draw for the scheme will be conducted on February 15, 2025, at the above-mentioned venue at 11:00 AM. The live webcast of the process of the lottery draw will be streamed on the website: https://cidcohomes.com. Applicants can log in to their CIDCO Homes account to view the results from the comfort of their homes. The list of successful applicants from the draw will be published on the website: lottery.cidcoindia.com.
