Navi Mumbai: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has announced that the Amnesty Scheme for payment of Additional Lease Premiums and Service Charges will remain open until March 31, 2025. This one-time concession offers significant financial relief to plot holders in the Navi Mumbai Project.
Under the scheme, the government has granted a 50% concession on the Additional Lease Premium payable for extending the construction period. Additionally, plot, tenement, and shop holders will receive a 50% concession on the principal Service Charges levied by CIDCO for civic amenities.
CIDCO has clarified that this Amnesty Scheme will not be extended beyond the deadline. Beneficiaries are urged to apply online through the official CIDCO website: www.cidco.maharashtra.gov.in.
