Date:

Mumbai– In a major milestone for affordable housing in Maharashtra, CIDCO will conduct the state’s largest-ever computerized mega lottery for the “My Preferred CIDCO Home” scheme on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 1:00 PM. The draw will be held at the Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan, Mumbai, in the presence of Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister Shri Eknath Shinde, who will officiate the event.

Coinciding with the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the draw will determine the allocation of 21,399 homes under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Low-Income Groups (LIG). The homes are located in key nodes of Navi Mumbai, including Vashi, Bamandongri, Kharghar, Kharghar East (Taloja), Mansarovar, Khandeshwar, Panvel, and Kalamboli.

A unique feature of the scheme is the flexibility it offers applicants in choosing their preferred homes, making the process more inclusive and user-friendly.

To ensure transparency, the lottery draw will be streamed live via https://cidcohomes.com, where applicants can log in to check the results in real time. Additionally, live streaming will be available at CIDCO’s Experience Centers at the following locations:

  • Kharghar East (Taloja) – Plot No. 14, Sector-37, Taloja Panchanand, Panvel
