CIDCO Initiates Arbitration for NAINA Town Planning Schemes 8–12

Date:

Navi Mumbai: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has commenced arbitration hearings for Town Planning Schemes (TPS) 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 under the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA). These hearings aim to resolve land-related concerns and finalize allocations for the region’s systematic development.

Of the 12 proposed TP Schemes in NAINA, Schemes 1 and 2 have already received final approval, while Schemes 3 to 7 have been granted preliminary approval. CIDCO now urges landowners associated with Schemes 8 to 12 to actively participate in the arbitration process to ensure fair and transparent resolution of land allocation disputes.

To facilitate the process, CIDCO has established the NAINA Arbitration Office at Belapur Railway Station Complex, 7th Floor, Tower No. 10, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Landowners are encouraged to visit with the necessary documents to verify their land allocations. Those with objections regarding their allotted plots should present their concerns during the hearings.

These arbitration hearings will clarify ownership and land demarcation, ensuring transparency and inclusivity in urban planning. CIDCO assures landowners that all concerns will be addressed fairly, contributing to the planned and sustainable growth of NAINA. For further details, landowners can contact CIDCO’s NAINA department.
